Meet Carlos Garcia: The Newest Member of Coldwell Banker Realty

A Journey from Colombia to North Carolina

Carlos, a native of Colombia, South America, brings a rich cultural heritage and bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to our team. After the untimely passing of his parents, Carlos was raised by his older siblings in New York. His journey later took him to Florida and then North Carolina, where he made significant contributions as a Liaison and Translator, assisting the undocumented with their healthcare needs.

Professional Background

Carlos transitioned into the corporate world with Lowe's Companies, a Fortune 500 home improvement company. Starting as a part-time Lawn & Garden Associate, he quickly demonstrated his exceptional people skills and enthusiasm, earning a promotion to Manager.

With a diverse professional background, Carlos also boasts five years of experience in automotive sales (2012-2017). During this period, he consistently exceeded sales goals and earned top rankings in both sales and customer service within the greater Charlotte-Metro Region.

Personal Life

Carlos and his wife, Kirsten, reside in Statesville, NC, with their youngest son and daughter, Jack and Laila. Laila, a high school student, is a gifted artist. Their eldest daughter, Paola, works in public relations for Camino, a non-profit organization in Charlotte. Their son, Jonathan, has established a successful career in a generator business company in Miami, Florida.
